My experience in ICT learning

Hello welcome back on my blog. In this blog, I will review the things I have learned about ICT courses in the second semester. And also, I will discuss about what task we do (me and my friends), did in the Whatsapp group. So, what are you waiting for, let's check it out !!!

1. Powtoon

Powtoon is a company that sells cloud-based software to make exploratory animation and video animation presentations. In ICT I was taught many things, one of which was the Powtoon. In this case I learned how to make good, true and interesting presentation videos.We are invited to create as creative as possible so as to produce unique videos. Of course, in using the Powtoon, I feel very facilitated, because there are already various additional features to help, in the process of making videos. For more details, please check the link ;

2. Kahoot

Kahoot is a game-based learning platform, used as an educational technology in schools and other educational institutions. The learning game, in the form of multiple choice quizzes that can be accessed through a web browser, telephone, or the application it self. In the ICT course, I was also taught how to make interesting quizzes through the Kahoot platform. Of course through Kahoot learning and teaching activities are increasingly interesting. I also enjoy every quiz process at Kahoot because this platform presents something unique and different. For more details, please check the link ;

3. Wix

Wix.com is a cloud-based web development platform that allows users to create websites. In addition to other blogger platforms that I know to create a blog or website is Wix. Of course I know this in ICT courses. On this platform I can write whatever things I like and we can also share the results of our writing. In addition, what makes this Wix different is that it allows users to create HTML5 websites, by dragging and pasting.This is my Wix.com link: https://inessensiaelvira.wixsite.com/mysite

Just for your information those who don't know what HTML5 is. HTML5 is a marker language for structuring and displaying the contents of the World Wide Web, a core technology of the Internet. HTML5 is the fifth revision of HTML and until June 2011 is still under development. Wikipedia.

4. Discusion with friends use group chat by Whatsapp This is the introduction that I got in the ICT course. We are taught to discuss but indirectly. In this discussion, we were given 3 assignments.The task is as follows:

a. Make paragraphs and respond to them.

In this case we are assigned to make a paragraph. The paragraph is about what we learned during these two semesters. After that each of us must provide feedback for each paragraph from our group friends. In this group me and my friends discuss about punctuation, and the use of capital letters correctly. I think discussion via group chat is beneficial too. We are not must be face to face, we can exchange ideas anywhere, the important thing is to connect with the internet network.

b. Tells stories about using blogs, by using the voice recording feature via Whatsapp.

In this second assignment, I and my friends were assigned to share our experience of creating a blog, and record it directly using the voice recorder feature via Whatsapp. Actually, I'm still a little nervous because, I know I still have a lot of flaws in saying and grammar. Through this assignment I feel I can improve my pronunciation again.

c. Capture in one frame.

This is our last assignment, which is taking photos that depict many expressions in one frame. Next, we have to guess what expreations are in the photo. And in our group we discussed together to decide what expressions matched the photos sent in groups.

In addition to the things above, there are still many experiences that I gained during ICT subject lessons.

My experience is how to make an attractive slide Power Point, operate Ms.Excel and Ms. Word, how do we become good presenters and good looking.

Apart from that, I feel that through ICT subjects, we are taught to be as active as possible. With how we can edit our work, of course through technology media, so that we can grow again.

I think there is still a lot of experience that I gained during the ICT course.

I thank you for being given the opportunity to receive many things in this course. Besides that, every lesson that I can receive is because the lecturer mother who teaches all three is easy for me.
